7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to its design, software, algorithms, and content provided by us, are owned by Complexity Core or its licensors.
• User Restrictions: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal and business purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Aggregate Liability: Our aggregate liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
